Hi, I’m Caitlin!

I’ve been a Registered Dietitian for 8 years, combining clinical expertise with real-world experience to help women achieve their nutrition goals. I spent 3 years as an inpatient dietitian at VCU Health in Richmond, VA, and for the past 5 years, I’ve been supporting women in private practice - helping them optimize their health, fuel their workouts, balance their hormones, and nourish their families.

During my time in the hospital, I discovered my passion for educating clients one-on-one and empowering them with practical, sustainable nutrition strategies to prevent and manage chronic conditions.

Today, I work closely with clients to help them set achievable goals, feel confident in their food choices, and create lasting change.

I practice from a non-diet, all-foods-fit approach - helping you break free from food rules and restrictions, while focusing on adding more nourishing, satisfying foods to your daily routine.

When I’m not talking all things nutrition, you’ll find me exploring new restaurants, reading a good book, taking workout classes, or heading out on nature hikes with my husband and two energetic toddler boys.
